Rapha Church exists to be a place of hope, healing, and purpose.  Born out of a deep calling in 2021 and launched in 2024, our mission is to create a Spirit-led, Christ-centered community where people encounter God’s healing and transformation.

We understand that people come with different stories and experiences. Rapha is a place to reconnect and grow in a supportive faith community. We believe Jesus didn’t come to build religion, but to restore relationship. At Rapha, we are passionate about creating space for those who are seeking an authentic space to grow in faith and experience grace-filled community.

Pastor Samuel and Marina experienced firsthand the kind of restoration that comes not just through prayer and church attendance, but also through courage, counseling, and confronting what’s been hidden in the dark. Their journey—from childhood trauma and marital struggles, to breakthrough and calling—shaped the foundation of this church.

At Rapha, we believe healing is a journey walked together. Through authentic worship, biblical truth, and deep community, we exist to see hope restored and lives transformed in the presence of Jesus.

Where is the front entrance?

The front entrance is located on the East end of the West Ada School District Training Center.

We are near the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine building and on the opposite end of the Renaissance High School)

How long is the service?

Service time starts at 10am and typically ends around 11am.

We begin with worship, followed by a brief message, and wrap up with a time of prayer and connection.

What about my children?

We offer children’s ministry ages 2 through 7.

All of our team members serving in the children’s ministry have been background checked and interviewed to ensure a safe environment for your child.

Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to make time to check in your children.  Alternatively, you can plan your visit and we will reach out so we can check-in your children in advance.

Our Kids Ministry Rhythm

As a growing church plant, we’re building intentional rhythms that support sustainability, community, and meaningful encounters with Jesus for the whole family.

We start every Sunday together as a church family. Children are checked in before service and join their parents in the sanctuary for worship. Before the message, they’ll be dismissed to enjoy their own special time of learning and fun.

What is the dress code?

You'll see everything from dressy to casual. Wear what makes you feel comfortable!

Are you affiliated with a Christian denomination?

No, we are not affiliated with a Christian denomination. We believe in spiritual accountability and have structured Rapha church to include Overseers, Trustees, and Elders.
