Our team is committed to creating a space where the presence of God is central, people are seen, and lives are transformed through the hope, healing, and purpose offered through the Gospel. We are covered by spiritual overseers and experienced pastors who offer counsel, prayer, and accountability to ensure we remain aligned with God’s heart and purposes.

To ensure wisdom, accountability, and healthy governance, we are supported by a Board of Directors.
Each board member brings a unique role—offering spiritual covering, safeguarding of our financial and legal integrity, and guiding the church with wisdom and accountability as we grow.

Networks & Affiliations

At Rapha Church, we believe in doing ministry in community—not in isolation. Locally, we’re connected with a group of pastors and churches in our region who are committed to unity, mutual support, and advancing the Kingdom together. Nationally, we’re in the process of joining a Spirit-filled fellowship of leaders that provides encouragement, accountability, and resources. These relationships strengthen our church and help us stay rooted, covered, and mission-focused as we grow.
